There is a Thruster TST syndicate available at Chilbolton Flying Club offering very cheap flying. Currently, there are 10 shares and one is currently available to purchase at £350.

 G-MTPT is a Thruster TST Mk I first registered in October 1987. Powered by a Rotax 503 it has a maximum all-up-weight of 380kg and operates on a Permit-to-Fly. With a specified Vne of 80 knots IAS and a rate of climb of at least 500 feet per minute (at 45k IAS) at maximum weight, the Thruster TST will certainly get you to places with its 38l fuel capacity.

Each 1/10th share costs £350 when available to purchase.A montly fee of £15 covers your share of all fixed fees, such as insurance, parking, annual Permit-to-Fly, etc. 15 pence per minute (£9.00 per hour) is all actual flying will cost and that includes the supplied oil. A portion of this fee goes into a maintenance fund to cover future costs, engine rebuilds and the like. On top of this you'll need to supply petrol from your favourite garage - standard unleaded is fine.
